Interaction with guests
We live in the wing of the house known as "Tigh Sgoile". In Gaelic, the name means "School House" and the whole building used to be the village school and was in use as a school from 1876 to 1980. The wing that houses The Loft was the school teachers residence and what is now our home was the original school room.
We are usually around in case you have any queries and would be delighted to give you recommendations about places to visit and local pubs and walks.
Other things to note
We have a small, friendly dog called Monty. He is a little white fluffy Maltese/Shitzu cross and very used to new people coming to visit, but we will of course keep him away from any guests who don't like dogs.
